Why choose Sandwell Care Services group to build your career in care...

Here at Sandwell Care Services most if not all office staff members have worked as a carer themselves at some point which helps office staff to understand the roles of the carers in the community.

There is always a good level of communication maintained between office staff and care staff. The majority of a carers role will be independently working, yet the carers are not alone in the role, if they ever do need to speak with office staff then they are only a phone call away to offer support or help. At no point should anyone dislike the thought of coming into work.

When a carer shows hard work and dedication this is recognised by employee rewards each month.

If a carer does feel they would like to expand their knowledge or training there are free accredited courses available. Employee skills and development is something that we do encourage here at Sandwell Care Services group.

The rate of pay is very competitive. The management team understand that a carers role is crucial for a successful domiciliary care provider and want to reward this with competitive rates of pay.

There is not a set amount of hours that a carer must work. Each carer is entitled to choose the amount of hours that they wish to work per week. Once availability has been given at the interview, your co ordinator will then start to arrange a roster for you based on the availability that you have said you can do.

If you would like to join a friendly team of care staff please do get in contact with a member of the office team of your desired location to work. a
